Martinez & Sons Fence offers a lifetime wood fence warranty on qualifying wood fence installations because we believe a properly built and properly maintained wood fence should provide long-term value.


The warranty is designed to protect the structural investment in the fence while also requiring normal preventive maintenance to keep the wood protected.

Maintenance Requirement

To maintain warranty eligibility, the wood fence must be treated with an approved oil-based stain on a regular maintenance schedule, generally every three years.


Wood is a natural material and exposure to sun, rain, moisture, and temperature changes can cause drying, cracking, warping, and deterioration if it is left untreated. Proper staining helps protect the wood and extend the life of the fence.
